- Open to Oglethorpe University students ONLY!
- Rising Junior
- Show integrity of character, ability to lead, success in
athletics
Award: $5,000 in junior year, and $5,000 in senior year

NCAA Ethnic Minority and Women's Enhancement Postgraduate
Scholarships
Eligibility:
- Graduating college students who will be entering the first
year of their initial postgraduate studies
- Must be seeking admission or have been accepted into a
sports-administration or related program that will assist the
applicant obtain a career in intercollegiate athletics
(athletics administrator, coach, athletic trainer or other
career that provides a direct service to intercollegiate
athletics)
Award: Sixteen minority and sixteen women’s scholarships
(three of each reserved for Division III athletes) worth $6,000

NCAA Walter Byers Postgraduate Scholarship Program
Eligibility:
- GPA of 3.5 or better
- Completed intercollegiate athletics as a member of a varsity
team
- Have intentions of applying for admission into a graduate
degree program at a properly accredited, nonprofit educational
institution or into a post baccalaureate professional degree
program at a professionally accredited law school, medical
school, or the equivalent
- Superior character and leadership
- Have demonstrated that participation in athletics has been a
positive influence on the nominee's personal and intellectual
development. Relative success in athletics is important but not
of overriding significance
Award: $21,500 for each academic year

NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship Program
Eligibility:
- GPA of at least 3.2
- Student-athletes at NCAA member institutions who, in their
final year of eligibility, have performed with distinction as
members of varsity teams in the sport for which they were
nominated
- Intend to continue academic work beyond the baccalaureate
degree as a part-time or full-time graduate student
Award: 174 scholarships of $7,500 annually
