This is the application for admission to the Evening Degree Program ONLY

If you are applying for the traditional undergraduate program, please use the Traditional Undergraduate Application

 

Evening Degree Program Application Requirements

A completed application form (applicants must be 22 yrs or older)

Application essay

Additional documentation is needed for the following application types:

Degree Seeking (Students who plan to complete a bachelor's degree):
Official transcripts from all colleges attended OR official high school transcript/official results of GED examination.  These should be sent in a sealed envelope directly to the evening degree program office.

Special (Students pursuing classes for personal enrichment with academic credit. Students may enroll for as many as 15 semester hours and are not eligible for financial aid):
Be 21 years of age, show proof of graduation from an accredited high school, eligibility to return to any institution attended within the past two years, show demonstrated English proficiency if an international student.

Transient ( Students pursuing classes with purpose of transferring credits to their home institution. Students may enroll for as many as 15 semester hours and are not eligible for financial aid):
Proof of current enrollment in good standing at an accredited institution.

Audit (Students interested in pursuing classes for personal enrichment without academic credit):
No additional requirements
