In compliance with the Clery Act, Oglethorpe University is providing students, faculty and the public with a report of statistics for the previous three years with respect to reported crimes that occurred on campus (in certain off-campus buildings or other property under the ownership or control of Oglethorpe University) and on public property within, or in the environs adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.

In preparing this report, these definitions are used to organize crime statistics.

These data are collected as the summary of these six types of prejudice. Forcible rape is a subset of all forcible sex offenses.
