Writing Center tutors are there to listen, suggest, diagnose, and advise. They serve as sounding boards, careful readers, and helpful critics, and are able to suggest possibilities implicit in a student's own thinking and writing.
The current tutors are listed below:
- Nekisha Charles, Business Writing, Spanish
- Alex Clark, Core II, Core 302, Communications, Japanese Literature in Translation
- Aaron Cross, Communications, Politics, Creative Writing, Core, Film
- Chloë Edwards, History, Core I, Politics, Japanese, Music
- Ramika Gourdine, Communications, Philosophy, Women’s & Gender Studies,
- Chelsey Kendig, English, French, Psychology, Art & Culture, Core I & II
- Stephanie Laubscher, English, Art History, Film, Music, Core I & III
- Cathryn McCrimmon, Psychology, Women’s & Gender Studies, APA Format
- Olivia Rocamora, English, Spanish, Core I & III, Music & Culture
- Chelcie Rowell, English, Art History, History, Core 201 & 301
- Trevor Sheffield, Philosophy, all Core classes
- Carly Stewart, Communications, Women’s & Gender Studies, Core I

Though the majors and other concentrations listed are the particular strengths of each individual, every tutor is capable of assisting with writing on any subject.
