This beautiful new performing arts
center, completed in 1997, is a four-story state-of-the-art theatrical and performance
facility. It provides a permanent home for the
Georgia Shakespeare Festival and
an enviable center for instruction and performance for Oglethorpe students. It houses a
main stage theater with seating for 500, an expansive lobby, rehearsal and dressing rooms,
a small library, a theater shop, a covered veranda for receptions, and offices.
