The Oglethorpe Parents Leadership Council (PLC) consists of a group of committed parents of current Oglethorpe students who are dedicated to the advancement of the university. This group serves as an advisory committee to the leaders of Oglethorpe. Members of the PLC will also encourage fellow current parents to become active and involved in the life of the university, through their philanthropic gifts and gifts of time and volunteerism.
The Council meets bi-annually for a meeting with the president as well as a reception at the President’s Home. Council members remain active during the entire time their student is enrolled full-time at Oglethorpe.
