ADVANCED SWEDISH
When: 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

No classes October 11, 18, 25 and November 22 (Thanksgiving)

Cost: $200 (does not include textbook). Payable by
check only (to Oglethorpe University) due on the first evening of
class.
This is a non-credit course.
Participation in this course is open to the general public;
enrollment at Oglethorpe University is not required.
This course is conducted in Swedish and involves discussion of
selected texts, vocabulary development and review of important
points of grammar. It will be followed by a continuing series of
courses at least through spring 2008 if enrollment is sufficient.
Textbooks (available at the Oglethorpe University Bookstore)
include:
- Nya Mål 3 (textbook [lärobok] and exercise book [övningsbok])
- A Concise Swedish Grammar

For those of you with a basic knowledge of the language, this
intermediate course will include both conversation and grammar. It
is part of a continuing series of courses and will include initial
review of previous material. All who have had some exposure to the
Swedish language are welcome.
