1. Call Forward

To Activate- Lift Handset…dial #1…Hear regular dial tone…dial number where calls are to be forwarded…hang up.

To Cancel- Lift handset…dial #1…hear regular dial tone…hang up

2. Call Pickup

To Respond- Lift handset…dial *3…answer call

3. Call Transfer

To Activate- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…hear special dial tone…dial number…announce caller in privacy…hang up

4. 3 Way Conference

To Activate- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…hear special dial tone…dial number…announce conference…switchhook flash or press LINK button to connect all callers…hang up when conference is completed.

5. Consultation Hold

To Activate- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…hear special dial tone…dial number…consult privately…allow consulted party to hang up…you are reconnected to your original call.

6. Stored Number Redial

To Program Before a Call and to Use- Lift handset…hear dial tone…dial 178…dial number to be stored…hang up. To use, lift handset…hear dial tone…dial 179…listen for ringback tone.

To Program During Active Call or to Use- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…hear special dial tone…dial 178. You are reconnected to the call. If busy tone, hang up after activating. This feature does not work on internal ringing. To use, lift handset…hear dial tone…dial 179…listen for ringback tone.

7. Permanent Hold

To Activate- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…hear special dial tone…dial #4…hang up. (Your call is now on hold; if you hang up, your phone rings intermittently to remind you; if you do not hang up, there is no ring.)

To Return- Lift handset. (If you did not hang up…switchhook flash or press LINK button.)

8. Ring Again

To Activate- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…hear special dial tone…dial 11…hear regular dial tone…hang up.

To Respond- Hear short bursts of ringing…lift handset…(number is automatically dialed).

To Cancel- Lift handset…dial 12…hear regular dial tone...hang up.

9. Speed Call

To Program (Controller Only)- Lift handset…dial 175…hear regular dial tone…dial 1,2,or 3 digit Speed call access code…dial number to be stored.

To Change (Controller Only)- Lift handset…dial 175…hear regular dial tone…dial 1,2,or 3digit Speed Call access code…dial new number…hang up.

To Erase (controller Only)- Lift handset…dial 175…hear regular dial tone…dial 1,2, or 3 digit Speed Call access code…press * (number is automatically erased).

To Use- Lift handset…dial 176…hear regular dial tone…dial 1,2, or 3 digit Speed Call access code (number is automatically dialed).

10. System Speed Dial

To Use- Lift handset…hear regular dial tone…dial 173…dial 1,2, or 3 digit System Speed Call access code (number is automatically dialed).

11. Call Park

To Park- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…dial 171 (call is automatically parked on your direct number)…hang up.

Or- Switchhook flash or press LINK button…dial 171…dial number where you wish to park your call…hang up.

To Retrieve- Lift handset…hear regular dial tone…dial 172…dial number on which call is parked.

12. Last Number Redial

To Use- Lift handset…hear regular dial tone…dial 189 (number is automatically dialed).

13. Message Center

To Respond- When Message Waiting Indication is given (audible signal or flashing Message Waiting lamp) dial Message center number 8888…receive message.
