USAFunds Access to Education Scholarships

Eligibility:

  • Full-time/part-time students with an Adjusted Gross Family Income of less than $35,000 on 2003 tax forms where the student is claimed as an exemption
  • Up to 50% of awards are targeted towards racial/ethnic minorities and applicants with disabilities.

Award: $1,500 full-time/$750 part-time, to be renewed annually up to $6,000

Minorities in Government Finance Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • Full or part-time upper-division undergraduate or graduate student in public administration, (governmental) accounting, finance, political science, economics or business administration (with a specific focus on government or nonprofit management)
  • Belong to one of the following groups (as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau): Black, Indian, Eskimo or Aleut, Asian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic

National Physical Science Consortium Fellowships

Eligibility:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to pursue graduate work at an NPSC member institution
  • In your senior year OR first year of a grad program pursuing a Ph.D. OR in a terminal master’s program OR returning from the workforce with no more than a master’s degree
  • Pursuing graduate degree in Astronomy, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Materials Science, Mathematical Sciences, Physics, and related Engineering fields: Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, etc.
  • Special consideration given to underrepresented minorities and females

American Association of University Women Selected Professions Fellowships

Eligibility:

  • Awarded to women who intend to pursue a full-time course of study in a master’s degree program in which women’s participation has been low (Architecture, Computer/Information Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics)
  • ALSO awarded to women of color in the fields of Business Administration (M.B.A., E.M.B.A.), Law (J.D.), and Medicine (M.D., D.O.)

NCAA Ethnic Minority and Women's Enhancement Postgraduate Scholarships

Eligibility:

  • Graduating college students who will be entering the first year of their initial postgraduate studies
  • Must be seeking admission or have been accepted into a sports-administration or related program that will assist the applicant obtain a career in intercollegiate athletics (athletics administrator, coach, athletic trainer or other career that provides a direct service to intercollegiate athletics)
