We are excited to welcome you to Oglethorpe University’s online transcript request system. Oglethorpe University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. With this system you will be able to request, pay, and track your transcript request online. Additionally, you can elect to receive updates to your phone and email about the processing of your request. Fees for this service are charged in addition to the OU transcript fees and provide the support mechanisms for communications and online payment processing. Transcript requests are still accepted via walk in and mail.
Requests for transcripts may be requested by the Online Transcript Ordering Service or brought in person. A $5.00 fee for each transcript will be charged. If using the Transcript Ordering Service, an additional $2.25 fee will be charged per recipient and students will receive two emails - one when the transcript request is received and one when the transcript has been sent. If paying by credit card, you must either use the Online Transcript Ordering Service from the previous section or come to campus to pay in the Business Office.

Transcripts can be ordered using a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
- To order transcript(s), visit the National Student Clearinghouse.
- The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A $2.25 processing fee will be charged per recipient.
- Sign electronically to speed up processing time.
- Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check order status or history online.

Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday - 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (closed from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
A $5.00* processing fee is charged for each transcript requested. *There is a 2% processing fee for payments made via credit card in person.
