OU Ranked 3rd in Latest Poll
Oglethorpe remained in third place in the first GCAA/Bridgestone
Coaches Poll of the 2006 spring season. Guilford grabbed 12 of 16
first-place votes to keep its distance over the rest of the field in
this week’s GCAA/Bridgestone Coaches Poll. Methodist and its three
first-place nods came in second, followed by Oglethorpe, Huntingdon
- which held the last top vote - and Wisconsin-Eau Claire to close
out the top five.
Otterbein fell a position to number six while Emory held tight to
the number seven slot. Nebraska Wesleyan and Saint John’s switched
places to come in at eighth and ninth, respectively, and were
followed by Gustavus Adolphus at No. 10.
