Six Players Contributing to Success This Fall

The depth of the men’s program at Oglethorpe has never been more evident than in the fall season. Six players made significant contributions in the four fall tournaments for Oglethorpe. All six players are ranked in the top 50 players in the South Region led by Matt Suggett and Joe Green, both ranked in the top 10 individually in the region. Both Green a senior and two time All American, and Suggett, a sophomore are ranked in the top 50 players in the nation as well.

Suggett and Sophomore Taylor Urbanski tied for second after both losing in a playoff at the Jack Shadwick Invitational in Seneca, South Carolina. This was their best finish of the fall. Senior Joe Green finished second at both the Tom O’Briant and The Gordin. Junior Danny Swanick finished 15th at The Gordin and freshmen Josh Kinsey had two top 25 finishes.
