Dale Named All-Tourney at 2009 Sewanee Fall Invitational
Oglethorpe University junior golfer Katie Dale of Peachtree City, Georgia finished second overall at the 2009 Sewanee Fall Invitational held in Winchester, Tennessee this past weekend. and was named an All-Tournament member for her efforts.
Dale fired consecutive rounds of 81 for a two-day total of 162, only three strokes off the pace set by tournament medalist Ashley Lovell of Birmingham-Southern.
Dale and the rest of the Oglethorpe women's golf team will be back on the links on October 12 when the compete in the Berry College Chick-fil-A Classic in Rome, Georgia.
