If something is broken, missing, or you have general questions
concerning your room, please fill out the following form. You
may chose whether or not to be contacted. Maintenance requests
can also be submitted through your Residence Assistant.
If repairs require immediate attention, do not hesitate to call
either the Physical Plant (ext. 8543) during business hours or
Campus Safety (ext. 1998) during non-business hours.
