2007-2008 School Year
ALL FULL-TIME DOMESTIC DAY STUDENTS are required to have health
insurance coverage. In order to enforce this policy all Domestic Day
Students will be automatically enrolled 8/10/07-8/10/08 and charged
$200.00 to your student account for the health insurance plan. This
University sponsored health insurance will be provided by BCS
Insurance Company. A Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Program
brochure will be mailed to all full time students for review. You
will be provided the opportunity to waive the student insurance
coverage. Students are required to return the student insurance
waiver card to the address located on back of the insurance brochure
or complete the online waiver at www.collegiaterisk.com enter OG and
click submit before the deadline of September 14, 2007. For those
students who enter school for the spring 2008 semester, the fee is $100.00
(1/15/08-8/10/08) and the waiver information must be submitted by
January 18, 2008. Requests for exemption after the deadline may not
be honored.
If you do nothing, the cost of the insurance will be added to
your student statement. Specific information can be obtained at

Health Services WILL NOT accept waiver cards.
Students/Parents: this health insurance coverage is not intended
as a substitute for your private health insurance but is intended to
be used as a secondary health insurance plan to cover out of network
fees.
International/Exchange Students
All International/Exchange students are required to purchase or
show proof of an International Health Insurance Plan at the
beginning of each semester. Specific
