PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Director of Residence Life Dr. Danny Glassmann dglassmann@oglethorpe.edu (404) 364-8520 Dr. Danny Glassmann is responsible for the total administration of Residence Life and serves as the Chief Student Conduct Officer. Danny received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master of Science in College Student Personnel Services and Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. He also obtained his Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from The University of Georgia. Before coming to Oglethorpe, Danny previously served as the Assistant Director of Residence Life and Multicultural Center at Elon University and, most recently, worked in the Office of Staff Development and Student Conduct at The University of Georgia. His professional background includes experience with residence life, student conduct, multicultural affairs, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) life. He is involved in many professional organizations, including the American College Personnel Association (ACPA), National Association of Student Personnel Administration (NASPA), Association of College and University Housing Officers (ACUHO-I), Consortium of Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals, Georgia College Personnel Association (GCPA), and Georgia Housing Officers (GHO). Outside of work and school, Danny enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and his two pugs, Ebony and Cooper.

Assistant Director of Residence Life and Housing Operations - Christian Wells cwells1@oglethorpe.edu (404) 364-8895 Christian Wells is responsible for managing the upperclassman residence halls, North, Magbee and Phase II, and housing assignments and operations. Prior to Oglethorpe, Christian was a Residence Life Coordinator at the University of North Florida. She received her M.S. in College Student Personnel Services and Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and her B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literature with a concentration in Spanish and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

	Residence Life Coordinator Tyler Till ttill@oglethorpe.edu (404) 364-8892 Tyler Till is the Residence Life Coordinator for First-Year Experience Programs and responsible for Traer Residence Hall. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Marketing and Mass Communications. During his time at Auburn, Tyler was highly involved in Auburn's freshmen orientation program where he served as a Parent Counselor, Orientation Leader, and Head Orientation Leader. Tyler is an avid runner and is also a great help to our cross country teams.
	Residence Life Coordinator Crystal Riley criley@oglethorpe.edu (404) 364-8871 Crystal Riley is the Residence Life Coordinator for Student Leadership & Activities overseeing Dempsey Residence Hall and assisting with campus activities. Crystal received her B.A. in Psychology from Agnes Scott College and served as a Resident Assistant, Senior Resident Assistant, Residence Life Office Assistant, executive member of the student activities board, and was also part of the Orientation Council.
	Residence Life Graduate Intern Andrew Haggerty ahaggerty@oglethorpe.edu (404) 364-8520 Andrew Haggerty is the Graduate Intern for Residence Life and will be supporting the Residence Life staff on a variety of tasks and projects during the 2013 spring semester. He is currently working on his Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration at the University of Georgia, where he works as a Graduate Assistant in the Center for Leadership and Service. Andrew did his undergraduate education at Hope College in Holland, Michigan where he got a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and served as Student Life Intern, Orientation Director, and Volunteer Services Director.
