The DMCA requires that notification of claimed
infringement be through written communication and contain the
following information [17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)]:

Individuals who infringe upon copyrighted materials on
the Oglethorpe University network or network-connected computers are
subject to disciplinary and/or legal action as specified in the
Oglethorpe University Computer Use Policy.
