Atlanta National College Fair Offers One-Stop
Shopping for Students and Families in the College Search
Alexandria, VA – The Atlanta National College Fair, sponsored by
the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC),
is designed to help students fulfill their educational aspirations.
The Atlanta National College Fair will be
held Sunday, March 9, 12 Noon to 4:00 p.m., at the Cobb Galleria
Centre in Atlanta. This free event will give students and parents
the opportunity to meet one-on-one with admission representatives
from a wide range of national and international, public and private,
2-year and 4-year colleges and universities; ask questions and pick
up admission materials.
At the fair's counseling center, students and
parents can meet with experts to discuss financial aid, major fields
of study, course preparation, and other issues based on the
students' individual needs. The fair also has information sessions
about important topics in admission to educate and advise attendees.
Now in its 31st year, the National College Fair
program annually helps more than 650,000 students and their families
nationwide to explore their options for higher education, making it
one of the most visible college recruitment tools. NACAC currently
sponsors fairs in 44 locations. The fairs are endorsed by the
National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP).
